Calvin Harris Confirms Frank Ocean and Migos Collaboration "Slide" is On The Way

Calvin Harris Teases Collaboration With Frank Ocean and Offset

[UPDATE: Calvin Harris has confirmed that his Frank Ocean and Migos collaboration "Slide" exists, detailing the track personnel and the single's art on Twitter this morning. Still no date, though.]

Leave it to Calvin Harris to pry Frank Ocean out for a criminally-rare collaborative appearance. Last month, the producer teased a track with Ocean on his Snapchat fueling anticipation for a chart-topper. Today, Harris has offered a glimpse at an updated version of the track that features new vocals from Migos' Offset.

Yes, this brings us one step closer to the Migos/Frank O. link up you didn't know you needed in your life. But outside of the song's confirmed, yet underdeveloped, existence, and the understanding that if this thing drops it all float on star-power alone, there isn't all too much to see or hear just yet. Frank Ocean's only non-Blond(e) transmissions have arrived by way of Kanye West's The Life of Pablo and James Blake's The Colour In Anything. Offset, however, is one of the most in-demand voices in all things trap on the power of Migos' breakout album, CULTURE. And a double-marquee collaboration like this would be ripe for whatever Harris is working on as the follow-up to his 2014 album, Motion.

Hear what could be the early stages of a new song from Calvin Harris, Frank Ocean and Offset in the clip below. For a closer glimpse at r&b's revered recluse, catch Frank Ocean on the festival circuit this spring and summer.
