Pardon my lateness. This was supposed to be an OKP premiere this morning, but umm The Rub last night… Anyway, the homie Blu comes through with the title track off his album, jesus∆. There was a fair amount of criticism of jesus∆ (the album that is), but this song alone makes the LP a solid one in my eyes. The poetry he spits on this track is up there with verse 2 on “Amnesia” (my favorite Blu verse to date)… and Madlib‘s production obviously doesn’t hurt things either. Video directed by aaronisnotcool, animation by ruffmercy.
