Audio: Pharoahe Monch “Black Hand Side” feat. Styles P & Phonte

Earlier this week, I attended Pharoahe Monch‘s listening session for his upcoming album, W.A.R. (We Are Renegades). As a hardbody Monch fan, I had the bar set pretty high for this album, and to be honest, it didn’t disappoint at all. Going into the experience I thought all the guest appearances on the LP may distract, but every feature sounds like they belong right where they are (track #11 is a MONSTER). Along with the good music, they also premiered an amazing 9 minute mini-movie for track #5, “Clap (One Day)”. Today we get another album cut, “Black Hand Side” featuring Styles P and Phonte and produced by Mike Loe. No, ‘Tay doesn’t spit a verse, but this ish is still very dope. W.A.R. drops March 22nd via W.A.R. Media/Duck Down Music (tracklist after the jump).
