Audio: Eric Roberson “Picture Perfect” f/ Phonte

A little “grown-folks contemporary” (<–gfc! I am hereby trademarking that) from Eric Roberson featuring Phonte of…ahh, you know who he is. Both bring a lot of melody and metaphors to describe what the (art) object of their desire does to them but it’s pretty much summed up in the spoken ad-lib at about 4:22: “You made me like, a different kind of dude, you know?” This is from E-Ro’s forthcoming LP Mister Nice Guy, due out October 11th (“Picture Perfect” is out now, get it here).
