In honor of Dilla Day, Detroit player Danny Brown has released this alternate version of “Dilla Bot vs. The Hybrid”–an alternate version of the track he recorded for the posthumous Dilla project Jay $tay Paid. Now I’m gonna spend the whole res of the day analyzing the differences…intro is subtly different and of course kicks off with totally different bars (see “smooth operator with a big-daddy cane”).
