Philly's own Asaad returns from sabbatical to resume his discourse on the often unheard and overlooked, teaming with Compton's on-deck MC Ab-Soul for an ode to an oddball filmmaker and comic writer with their stellar "Alejandro Jodorowsky Flow." We haven't heard much from Assad since his hard-hitting New Black History Month II tape about a year ago, but the ferocity of his flow shows he hasn't lost a step on this wavy down-trot head-bopper, leaving room for the LA alien to take it over and out. The track comes to us from Asaad's forthcoming Flowers II tape, which drops this Thursday, so check back as we'll have more for you on our Philly fam real soon.
