Alice Russell took a break from promoting her latest album To Dust to team with Archange Gospel of Paris, France for "Heartbreaker 2" - an a capella gospel performance of the 2012 single "Heartbreaker" from her forthcoming album To Dust. The performance was recorded on February 28th at Couvent des Récollets after three full days of promo shows with guitarist TM Juke following the european release of her album. He decided to hit the road early and Alice was left to sing solo. An empty chapel and an amateur gospel choir were available to fill in. This performance was the result. Alice Russell's To Dust is scheduled to release in the U.S. on April 30th via Tru Thoughts.
