Revolutionary duo A-Alikes recently dropped the official video for "They Watching" from their Us Against Them EP directed and edited by Solace for Guerilla Nation and Buendia Productions. Surveillance footage blends with clips of gps tracking software and shots of everyday life in the black and white video, which makes their distrust of cameras and the people behind them pretty plain. They point not just to the police cameras hugging the block in most neighborhoods, but also to computer screens, webcams and the handheld devices most people rely upon to get from place to place. The video for "They Watching" concludes with a teaser for "Person Of Interest" - the track that neighbors "They Watching" on their latest project and conveniently offers commentary on the circumstances that befall people who have been targeted by the police or other authorities.
