Our 4 part preview of Raphael Saadiq's upcoming album, The Way I See It is over. Today, however, we have the video for the first song we previewed, "Love That Girl." The Way I See It is in stores September 16th. Shout out to h.e.r. for this one.

Secondly stop hating. Oh my god she's white!!! Come on now, get a grip on reality. You are reacting like he was into bestiality. White, Asian, Black and etc does it really matter? If it does for you then you have some serious personnel racial issues to resolve within yourself.
Focus on the real topic at hand, the music. Every song released of the album sounds fantastic and no one can deny that. Maybe Motown and the 60's isn't your thing but he has done a great job of recapturing that era.
Saadiq you are showing some excellent range and I hope people support your efforts by buying the album.

I gotta agree with Nyota! Why not a sista!??!! I do not love the video...love the song, but I feel likt they could have done so much more. It's almost cheesy.

i'm in love with the song. the video is simple, but everythig doesn't have to be packaged for a viewer to accept off first sight. In my opinion, its a easy reference of showing affection to his woman like many of the songs men song in the sixties. i wish i had the entire album to listen to now.
