First of all I am not one of these cat on lil’ Wayne’s dick saying he’s some kind of lyrical monster cause I haven’t heard any evidence of that yet. The only song I thought that Wayne was kinda clever on was Mrs. Officer. The other song I kinda liked by Wayne was “let the beat build”. That’s only because the beat is dope. Whoever produced this beat ( I think it was David Banner somebody look that up) did a good ass job on it. now this cat Nyle made let the beat build a instant classic in my book. 1st he took the song and flipped it Roots style. I don’t know how much he had to do with the instrumentation of the song but it was dope. All the players, the vocalist and the chick dancing at the end. Nyles lyrics… dope! Unlike Wayne’s constant whining (and auto tune makes it worse) I understood every word you said. And, the low budget video is dope.
