Video: N.A.S.A. "Spacious Thoughts" feat. Tom Waits & Kool Keith

I didn't think there were any songs left off of N.A.S.A.'s debut album, Spirit of Apollo, that didn't get the video treatment. Apparently there are a few left (and I'm not complaining). Here's the latest, "Spacious Thoughts," featuring Tom Waits & Kool Keith. This very well may be my favorite vid from the project so far, very crisp animation as always. Video directed by Fluorescent Hill and animation by Mark Lomond, Johanne Ste-Marie, & Jacques Khouri.

yes i have. all his videos are great. this album also features David Byrne, another favorite and has a video with Shepard Fairy's art, i'm assuming he was involved. Shepard Fairy = OBEY graffiti, Andre the Giant stencil...

crazy have you seen tom waits live performance of Chocolate Jesus that was on letterman a long time ago. You probably have if your a tom waits fan, for those of you who haven't seen it watch it right now. This guy has serious character.

For those of you who only listen to hiphop, Tom Waits is one of the absolute greatest musicians and lyricists of our time... look into him
he doesn't always sound this beastly ( although he does often)
never expected him to jump on a rap song but hey.. its cool. this album is mad weird but has some good songs

I've watched this about 4 times now....Seriously one of the coolest music videos I've seen in a long time. Well done N.A.S.A. Btw anyone know if that was an old Tom Waits sample or if that verse was him in the flesh?? regardless I'm DEFINITELY feeling that vibe. We need more Tom Waits in hip-hop.
