If you made that 808's and Heartbreak purchase you'll recognize this video as the bonus joint from the album. 'Ye invokes his inner Pharcyde on this one called "Pinocchio Story." If you're still not feeling the album, I suggest you listen to it about 8 more times. That's about how many spins it took for me. After the jump is Kanye's interview with Conan O'Brien last night and his performance of "Heartless."

Compared to Kanye West's 2007 album, 808s Heartbreak is without a doubt superior and also the best one he's made since Late Registration. In the end, I was surprised by how much this artist has evolved in such a short amount of time from a guy trying to fit in with the incrowd to a true artist who's not afraid to express himself.

i personally didn't expect to like the album, honestly dude cannot sing. but after a couple listens, Mr. West seems so genuine in his lyricism and the beats are SO dope that i'm slowly beginning to think this is a stand out album. probably not the best album in 08.. but stand out none the less.

Autotune is weak!!!! What happen to rappers singing just to have fun with it??? It's a smack in the face to any real vocalist out there. Only Roger Troutman can make the vocoder really funky and he had way more talent. Kanye's weak on this album. Thumbs down. Don't follow people of the bridge playa. Peace and Soul...

LA's Best, I've been screaming that too! If anybody else pulled this BS there would be no discussion. I mean c'mon! Anyone who loves this album is a)a wannabe hiphop fan mistaking this as such, or b)a blind Kanye fan that believes he can do no wrong. In my ideal mind I just want to believe that Kanye hammered this Autotune so hard in an attempt to kill it once and for all. Conspiracy theory? Yeah, put it's the only way I can justify this nonsense.

I feel as if this album would seep into the brain and implant itself in any resident of the planet given enough chances. I fear most will give up on it before they get a chance to truly enjoy it. It's 2008 and people's patience is at an all time low. And it's a fucking shame.
