This past Tuesday, Janelle Monae was a guest performer during The Roots Jam Session at The Highline Ballroom. Courtesy of MeLo-X.tv we've got some really good footage of her performance of "Sincerely, Jane" with The Roots crew backing her up. I swear this woman puts me in some sort of trance every time I watch her on stage. Check after the jump for Mel D.
