Video: Farnsworth Bentley “Everybody” ft. Andre 3000, Kanye West, & Sa-Ra

We’ve been hearing about this album for what seems like forever. Our peoples Dre & Vidal were doing tracks with Farnsworth for his debut album something like 4 years ago. I guess this is the first single.  Check out the video for Farnsworth Bentley‘s “Eveyrbody” featuring Andre 3000, Kanye West, & produced by Sa-Ra.  What do you think about this?

  8. avatar MCMD

I don’t understand why Kanye was in the video but didn’t have a verse. I was all ready for it and it never came. :(

  9. avatar Toe Jam

    Equal parts trashy and classy.

  23. avatar dropdabeat20

well after 1 listening to 1 song its clear farnsworth has no musical talent. i like kanye sound on it tho he should have got a verse. dre always great

  24. avatar DJ Quiet

    This joint is hot!

  25. avatar Philip Arthur

Overall it has a nice vibe and a groovy, mellow touch to it. Musical production on it gets thumbs up. Bently’s verse was lacking in quality but Andre was dropped a nice gem of a verse on this track.

It does feel like there should be a third verse, though I find a lot of songs that go past that four minute mark tend to stretch things out too far these days.

Nice work by all who were involved.

  26. avatar aziza.

this made me smile. they’re having fun!

and letting these dudes know it’s sexy to see men dance. yerp.

  27. avatar PurpleZoe/ UltravioletUnderground.com

Very nice. Looking forward to the album now.

  28. avatar Ozbizzy

Sa-Ra’s production makes this track. presentation wise very well done (you can actually feel the touch of “diddy”.) Any who. great job for all who are involved.

  29. avatar 0utxider

Ehh I have nothing good or bad to say about it, just not my cup of tea. I am sure that it will do good on the charts though. Andre’s verse as usual he brought the heat

  30. avatar yasetshego

Not sure y ‘Ye was in the video, but it was fun 2 watch. Reminds me of y I love Black men. They are like their own unique species. Can’t b faded, nor imitated.

  31. avatar Mr. ER

    yeah some different shit.

  32. avatar Jonelle

I LOVE it! It’s some good black men having fun. Andre killed it of course and the overall video is just throwback fun. I love it.

  33. avatar Mr Boyd

That’s what it is!! Crazy dope!! Taking it back and moving forward at the same time.

  34. avatar Luv Rayn

I cant front..I dig this joint..and much like everyone else def feeling Andre’s verse..so dope. The song and video is just Fresh. Is that Kanye singing on the hook?

  35. avatar sleepphd514

  36. avatar Delgodo

That’s what the hell i’ve been talking about! Black Men doing what ever the fuck they want artistically. Mediocrity ain’t shit! It’s time to bring the glory back to Black.

That, my friends, is the SHIZNIT! Don’t stop baby…

  38. avatar Todd Whitney

Really…Triple Stacks is one of the illest if not the illest out there. Dude is so lyrical. This song is a must have. It’s DOPE…I can’t say it any other way.

Keep on doing you fellas…”f” what they tell us is DOPE.

ps. I don’t understand anyone who doesn’t feel this song.

  39. avatar astroluvlee

The truth…as usual…but what did ya’ll expect — 3 kills it. And if ya’ll haven’t heard check his freestyle verse on J Legendz Greenlight…they ain’t ready

  40. avatar tha architect

The production is tight. For me, that’s what saved the whole song. Bently. Really?.?.?.?.?.?.?.?.?.?.

  41. avatar jukebox

kinda wish kanye dropped a verse.. but i’m still feelin’ it. the song was good but the actual video was HOT.

  42. avatar martinniven

Um…..that was the lamest song I’ve heard in a while…caricatures of creativity. 3 remains tight…but the rest is below his skill level.

  43. avatar Black_Mane1

Song is kinda tight….and the vid! I wasnt feeling Bentley at first but the track made it better!

  44. avatar Jahi

word. you can’t front. It’s hot. The dancing. The historical aspect connecting Jazz, Tap and Big band is undeniable. The track is so hot that Barnsworth is tolerable. Andre 3k the k standings for killin em. Everytime. I’d dance to it. Why not?

  45. avatar it was...

alright. andre’s verse was good. not a very memorable song though

  46. avatar ArsMagna

it’s fun…not remarkable, they’re just having a good time, like me watching them, they actually can dance hahaha>_<
    Andre, I love u!!

  47. avatar lawson

the video was mad unexpected…but dope…i like that joint…

  48. avatar Masterteacher

I’m still confused on the whole “Farnsworth Bentley” fame thing, but it’s dope non the less! I love the old school Doo-wop style and moves…to see “Kanye” and “Andre 3000″ get their smooth groove, it’s fun and very entertaining. Nice to grown folks still making music, mad cool! Sa-Ra on production, dope! love Sa-Ra they are the future of Hip Hop!

    Peace and light!

    “I stay woke”

  49. avatar CriticalMass

Very nice trak… BUT … 3stacks n Ye is all thats needed …

  50. avatar Yon

LOL, that was funny and fun.

  51. avatar Quealy Jackson

I can’t front. I liked it because I saw the fun in music for the first time in a long time. Peace.

  52. avatar TheonlyNinAnin

oooohhh…Dre you so seeesssssyyy! Ha! It sounds good. Will I get Farnsworth’s whole CD, I think I’d rather watch “From G’s to Gents”…

  53. avatar DesySims

I really liked it. However, Andre needs to take that sheit off his head. Looking a little sissified….

  54. avatar miss smith

i’m feeling this for sure! heard the cut a while back. and i’m diggin danger mouse groovin in the background :)

  55. avatar hmmmmm....

everything about this song was dope except for bentley’s verse… that shit was awful… but dre killed it

  56. avatar ChikeJ

Great choreography, tight beat, and Andre kills it. Good fun.

  57. avatar qboro

bentley’s good people, good to see him do his thing. now his verse..he’s had better. andre murders it!

  58. avatar ko.B

heard this on 3stacks’ mixtape, no wonder the DJ started it on Andre’s verse, he’s been serial killing the tracks lately. Sa-Ra laced the beat too, some ol’ get dressed up and hit the city shit.

  59. avatar gr8whitefunk

It should be “Sa-Ra featuring Andre 3000, and …. oh yeah – they were nice and let that guy with the umbrella tag along again…”

  60. avatar Flipshot

This was hot! PLAIN AND SIMPLE

  61. avatar jomac_

really liking this track to the point I had to comment again! Only if this single was downloadable. Ha, I’ll have it on repeat for awhile. Yeah Sa-Ra crushin it on the production and 3000 and Farnsworth did extra nice with the rhymes. Looking forward to hearing more.

  62. avatar sis.courtney

i’m really feeling this video and the song. it looks like they had a ball making this.

  63. avatar omniosi1

lovin’ this! i didn’t know I needed a little N.E. Heartbreak/Five Heartbeats in my life again!

Fontley’s not bad ( ;) and Andre murders it!!! I was waiting for Kanye to do a little something. There was another Bentley and Andre track I heard on Gilles Peterson about a year or so go (i don’t know) time slips me…that was also fire!

  64. avatar kdiggy

what exactly is kanye doing in this song?

  65. avatar Mr. NC

the song is bout 2 years old but it’s STILL on point!!!!
