This song is said to be off his upcoming LP, Cee-Lo Green is The Lady Killer (coming later this year), and it's a cover of the Band of Horses track of the same name. This video was fantastic, but yeah Jeezy, the backlash of not cliff-diving was a tad extreme, though i think that was just meant to be symbolic of “things splitting at the seams”.
Anyhow, gotta say i like the instrumental of the original WAY more, as this just sounds too lo-fi and too fitting with the House-hop fad for no reason. Cee-Lo sounds better over more organic production.
CeeLo could be the creative missing link that music needs. He is a great artist, and is probably his biggest fan.

As much as dig the dude, his music is beginning to… lack… soul.
the problem here really is that his vocals are recorded really flat, and the instrumental sounds muddy and has this unnecessary euro club sound to it.
once again, i LOVE the video, and the song itself is excellent, but whoever mastered the audio of this song did an awful job.

One of my favorite songs of the year, I personally love the low fi sound and the grainy vocals espeacially with the video being so gritty, they fit perfectly. Its different than his normal sound but its a instant classic for me.
