As much of a sports junkie as I am, I must admit, the Winter Olympics typically has a very hard time holding my attention. This story, however, definitely caught my eye, care of Large Up. For the first time ever, Jamaica will be represented at the Winter games in a competition other than bobsledding. Brooklyn born Olympian, Errol Kerr will be representing team Jamaica in Ski Cross. The decision to compete for Jamaica instead of the U.S. was made as a tribute to his Jamaican born father who passed away 10 years ago, and part of a mission to enhance youth development in Jamaica. Read more about this interesting back story and check out Large Up's exclusive interview with Kerr. Kerr is set to compete in the Men`s Ski Cross competition which is scheduled for Feb. 21 at 9:15 a.m. PST.
