T-Dot spitta/Yung Money artist Drake doesn't appear too much on this site, but make no mistake about it, this dude is definitely someone to check for in '09. Today he dropped his long awaited mixtape, So Far Gone, the follow up to his standout project Comeback Season. FRESH. Toronto we go hard. There's substance to this tape. Very well produced. Lykke Li's track a little bit was one of my favorite tracks of 08 with a dope video to boot. Drake definitely did it justice in my opinion. Best of luck to this up and coming Canadian artist.

this mixtape has a classic feel to it, drake will be very good at what he does, but in the state of the music industry right no, i dont think that it will be wise of him to sign to a major label and expect to produce the amount that many other up and coming rappers have had in the past.

Drizzy Drake Rogers aka Wheel Chair Jimmy, lol... Okay peep game, so I'm flippin' through channels one day, and i come across this show with these high school kids wildin' out! And This was supposed to be a kids channel ( Noggen )... Kinda took me back so i end up watchin' ( show is called Degrassi )... Well Drake aka Jimmy is on this show, and to me this show is like a thugged out Saved By The Bell. Anyhow, when i saw that he was rappin' in the real world, i brushed him off my shoulders, but then one day, decided to give him a chance and see what the hype was all about. Today, I say that Drake is tha TRUTH! The Heartbreak Drake best of... CD was illy! So far gone is illy! Drake is the Air to the thrown. Wait till he does isht with Jigga and Co. My dream, lol Like I'm Martin Luther or something, anyway, my dream colab would be Drizzy Drake and Cobe Obeah. That would be so PHRESH!

I wouldn't necessarily call the album more commercial. I mean it is different compared to the other stuff he has been putting out especially with wayne. But i'd say this is more versatile and coming from Upstate NY being VERY familiar with Toronto, they have versatile styles of music...the lines blend more between hiphop,reggae, r&b, rock etc. u get the point. I think on this mix tape he was showing another side of him...kinda like vibing with Drake..where as the other ones he was showcasing more of his lyrical talents
