Today, Donwill and Von Pea, 2/3 of Tanya Morgan, released their side project, The Sandwich Shop. As you'll remember this project, uses the samples from The Roots' Sandwhiches EP . "The desire to hear what the beats would sound like with vocals on them, that was the number one focus," explains Von Pea, continuing, "My hopes for this project is for the Tanya Morgan fans to enjoy it, and for The Roots to get a kick out of it."
