Common - Universal Mind Control Album Art + Tracklisting

It's looking like Common's latest release date (12/9) for Universal Mind Control is going to be the final one (hopefully). Today, courtesy of OnSmash, we have the album art and tracklisting. Yeezy stans will be happy to see he is in fact on the album, and I'm real curious to hear the Cee-Lo featured "Make My Day." Follow me after the jump for the tracklisting.

i agree with ansom. after hearing the advance, i can already tell that people are going to hate on this album because 1) common ain't doing what everybody else in the mainstream is doing 2) yall backpackers want every common song to sound as underground as resurrection or be or 3) neptunes produced most of the album, and people are going to call him a sellout. but that nigga still got it, and he will still be the most underrated rapper of all time. even jay-z "wanna rhyme like common sense."

i don't give a fuck about a cover, it's the music that counts. and electric circus was left field, but that shit was still sick. i expect this to be on that level since neptunes are doing the album.

Electric Circus was a GREAT album, i'd listen to EC before Finding Forever...to me Electric Circus is how an artist should push themselves artistically to achieve a "different" sound, that's innovation to me.
I wish I could get that "old thang back" with Common...IMO he is taking too much direction from Kayne...lyrically he is always on point, but the way he is stylized, the sound/beats, I don't know. They just don't feel like the Common I know and love...
Will get the album just on the strength, but I'm hoping for less Kanye on this album...

Only 10 tracks!?!? There has to be some bonus tracks. Too bad they'll only be available on the international release. I've always wondered why record companies do that...I hope Com drops another album in 2009 like Kanye,because 10tracks ain't a lot for a music lover to digest on for an extended period of time.

Sorry to offend, but the EC has to be my LEAST favorite Common LP. I love em all (including EC), but it was a bit too left field from everything else. Not sayin it's wack, but definitely not the best.

Somebody messed up, they should have went with the summertime theme for the album. If Common wanted a club, dance album, should have gone that route, but oh well...I'm buying it! People need to chill on the EC reference, we've heard two songs, it's different but not Electric Circus at all.

10 tracks is solid. He did most of the new songs at his last show and they were HOT for the most part. Besides it's about quality not quantity.
