For years Toronto has been slept on as one of the main sources of quality Hip-Hop. Little did I know I'd been sleepin' on some heads from up North as well. Spotted over at 2db is T-Dot representative Tona and his song "Got Milk" featuring Promise over some Black Milk production (I'll admit that's what got my attention).
