Audio: The Roots “The Fire (Remix)” feat. B.o.B & John Legend

The Roots latest LP, How I Got Over, will be available at a store near you in less than 24 hours. As a nice little bonus, here's a remix that won't be found on the album. The Roots crew recruited the help of ATlien B.o.B to hop on the first verse of their song, "The Fire," for this remix. B.o.B's verse fits in nicely like it was meant to be there. How I Got Over will be in stores tomorrow (sample the album + order it here). Look for The Roots' video for "Dear God 2.0" to drop later today.

BoB is great in his way with music. The same with Lupe and his words.

Fire might be their most success song to date.
Simple but extremely powerful. Taps into something bigger than hip hop.
Legend doesn’t hurt it either.
