The next few months are looking to be pretty busy for Talib Kweli. At some point before Christmas he'll be dropping his indie LP, Gutter Rainbows, which will lead into the eventual release of his Prisoners of Conscious album. Sounds a little like “Get By” with a nice Marvin Gaye sample. It’s pretty good and much better than most of the recent Reflection Eternal album.
There was a point there where I felt like Kweli was slippin a bit…but uh, HE IS BACK! Lately it’s been nothing but heat from this man. Lookin forward to ALL the new material comin out!
