It's been a good year for new Q-Tip joints to add to the rotation. Yesterday The Cadillac Records Soundtrack dropped, giving us yet another song by The Abstract, "Evolution Of A Man" featuring Al Kapone. The movie opens this Friday, and tells the story of the rise of Chess Records delving into the lives of some of music's greats such as Muddy Waters, Leonard Chess, Little Walter, Howlin' Wolf, Etta James and Chuck Berry. The film features Mos Def as Chuck Berry, Beyonce as Etta James, and Jeffrey Wright as Muddy Waters. Props to OnSmash for the song.

I did not see this track on the sound track. Are there two different soundtracks.
Man T.I. was running around with his nose dripping when q-tip was killing the mic. I cant call it man. Definetly dont agree with you on that one.
3rdeyealwayson, WORD!
I could never put T.I. and the Abstract in the same sentence. Oh wait, I just did. That being said, the song is dope and Tip ripped it. I didn’t know “Hey Hey Chants” originated and ended with T.I. LOL. Not only that, it’s okay for true emcees to bust rhymes in different styles. Tip, Com, and KRS have been doing it for decades.
Yeeeeehhhhhhh!!!
compare T.I.’s song beat down low top let back to this song listen at ti then come back and listen to this.
t.i. aint on dis shit
