Audio: Jay-Z "Brooklyn (We Go Hard)" feat. Santogold

Jay-Z just put out his latest Ode to BK with this song "Brooklyn (We Go Hard)" which is slated to appear on the the upcoming Notorious soundtrack. I'm just as critical of modern day Hova as the next man, but I've got no qualms with this one. Adding Santi for the assist was definitely a good look as well. Miss White has been on her grind.

The song hits and is what the hip hop game over there on the East needed. He threw in that little rasta dialect in there in the beginning. Thats not titled sounding like Weezy. Wayne does righ tby it but thats not "his" steelo.

i'm hella biased because i LOVE the santogold album (hell, everything that she's done - res, stiffed, gza etc...) but i really think it lacked creativity. i think it could have been done way better. i hope diplo gives it a whirl. that could be mad decent ;)

Why is trying to sound like wheezy at the beginning? I dont know about this track. Jay - Z used to get the best beats, now they are all subpar. Spend that doe on some good producers Hov, and come original.
