Super producer Jack Splash is back with a few solo projects on deck. Today we're premiering his new single, "38 Special" featuring Cee-Lo. This funk laced jam will appear on Jack's upcoming mixtape, King of The Beats Vol.1, which is set to drop next week. This tape will be the second in a series of projects (all with original production and songs) in anticipation of his major label LP and short film, Technology and Love Might Save Us All…, droppin in May via J Records. Many know Jack from his work with Plantlife, but his separate writing/production credits are very impressive as well, penning and producing hits for the likes of Alicia Keys, Estelle, Katy Perry, Jennifer Hudson, Missy, Cee-Lo, Lupe, Jazmine Sullivan, Kelis, R. Kelly, Shakira, John Legend, Lauryn Hill, Baatin, Prince, and many many more. I’m completely surprised to see so many negative comments about this cat!! I have been a huge fan since the Animal Pharm days, then the tracks from Counterflow Records. I always felt he was way slept on and underrated so I’m happy now to see him finally reach a higher level of success. He deserves it!! Very Dope track!!
