I can promise you this album is worth every penny and then some. Rolling Stone was quoted as saying the project is "possibly the best posthumous rap record since the final releases of 2Pac and Biggie." Here is one last Jay $tay Paid bonus, "Make It Fast," featuring Bun B and Termanology. This track appears as a bonus with the purchase of the Vinyl copy of the album.

Hood687, I was hoping you were right but I just opened up my itunes again and its still not there. I want this album!!! Turns out its because I'm in Vancouver and Jay Stay Paid "can only be purchased in the US itunes store" sooo us Canadian J Dilla fans are pretty much fucked and left in the dark?....in any case I called my local HMV and ordered it so i gotta wait several weeks but ill get my hands on a hard copy.

So if you wanna support Dilla and show him love, while he's looking down on us from above, buy the album and support his mom...it is thanks to her, the world had Dilla!
She's the one who took care of him during his last days and now let's take care of her for Jay!

so...who exactly is the money going to? If it were going to a charity, I'd feel bad about downloading it...But really, who am I paying here? It's not J. Dilla. I bought all of his albums when he was alive. But now...it seems kind of pointless. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Skooter, this joint is definitely on ITunes, just look under J Dilla. I copped it from ITunes at like 5 in the morning yesterday before I went to work. Album is fire make sure you go out and get it!

man. this album is alright. don't get me wrong, i love me some jay dee, i got a ton of old beat tapes and all the slum ish to go with his solo albums.
i just feel like this isnt quite what i was hoping for. maybe i feel like the some of the emcees didnt bring it proper, or the fact that i've already heard several of these beats (KJay & We Out = Ma Dukes - Frank N Dank)
i still copped the album to support Ma Dukes though, its more than worth it.

Yeah.. this sounds great but I wonder how many of these artists that Dilla would have worked with if he was still calling the shots. Some of them for sure - obviously he'd work with Thought and other artists he'd already done tracks for.
On the other hand they're trying to make this sell and a lot of it is instrumentals. I bought it, it's dope. Go buy it.

Wicked song! I'm buying this for sure but i cant find it on iTunes and the closest music place to me is an HMV and i know none of them know who the fuck J Dilla is....a damn shame.
