Incognito is widely known as one of the best funk/jazz/dance outfits in the world, and one the pioneers of the "Acid Jazz" movement. They are now celebrating 30 years in the game with a new LP, Transatlantic RPM, which drops July 27th via Shanachie Records. The album has features from Chaka Khan, Leon Ware, Eric Benet, Maysa, Lucky I Am, and Ursula Rucker. Here's the premiere of a buttery smooth cut off the album entitled "Gotta" featuring Ursula Rucker. Be on the lookout for upcoming North America tour dates from Incognito in support of Transatlantic RPM.

    I used to love their early 90’s stuff. Good to see they’re still around. Sounds nice. I’m not a spoken word fan, but this is cool.
