You may remember the young Clevelandite Chip Tha Ripper from KiD CuDi's mixtape or the Kidz In The Hall album. He's standing on his own two now and about to drop another mixtape called "Can't Stop Me." This joint here is called "Next Up" and features Naledge, Mic Terror & Mickey Factz.

The only branches that Okayplayer makes sure people can see is labels that haved jocked their way into position i doubt they give or shed light to open submissions of artist. Let it be known that Chip The Ripper isin't known in The Cleveland Hip-hop scene. While we are at it Mick Boogie just coisigns the Cleveland artist know that have dope money to back themselves up. This whole industry is wack Kool Keith and Tim Dog are right.
