Amongst hip-hop's elite, there may not be a soul in the game whose early years are as well-documented as Kanye West's. Courtesy of the all-knowing internets, a clip of a 12-year-old Kanye West surfaced, showcasing Ye's preadolescent swag in ways many of us could only hope for. With all of the reminders of old vs. new Kanye popping up over the weeks since The Life Of Pablo's release, this should act as a healthy point of reference for which ever side you choose. Watch a 12-year-old Kanye West bust out a freestyle in the home video clip below and hold tight for all of the Kanye that is still to come in 2016.
