The address of Laurie Bernard and her family was circulating throughout social media after a rumor was spread claiming XXX's suspected killer was staying at their house in Cape Coral, a city in southwest Florida. One of XXX's fans, 20-year-old Jesse Gonzalez, even went to Bernard's home to try and deliver a pizza to the family as a way of getting revenge for the rapper's murder, according to a report from Wink. Gonzalez was arrested for loitering.

"We seem to be the unfortunate recipients of social media putting our address out as the home of an alleged murderer of a rapper," Bernard said. "We are not."

"If they were smart enough to get the address, look at our ages. 73 and 76," she continued. "We can walk, that's about it. We're not going out to try and kill anybody."

"Internet circulation of an address being attributed to a possible Broward County homicide suspect is INACCURATE, and the possible suspect has NO KNOWN CONNECTIONS to Cape Coral or Lee County," police officials in Cape Coral said. "Due to the large number of online threats of violence toward the suspect (and thus toward this inaccurate Cape Coral address), both the Cape Coral Police Department and Lee County Sheriff's Office have placed officers in the area/neighborhood of the inaccurate address as a safety measure for those in the area."

A suspect has been arrested in the murder of XXX.

Dedrick D. Williams, 22, was taken into custody in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Wednesday evening. The Broward County website states that Williams was arrested for first-degree murder, described as "murder dangerous depraved w/o premeditation." The charges he faces include first-degree murder, a probation violation for theft of a car motor vehicle and driving without a valid license.
