This stylish London pop outlier, Taliwhoah, immediately blesses us with her very original sound, slang and pananche.

Awhile back, we here @Okayplayer were incredibly fortunate to meet Rostrum Records’ latest signee, Taliwhoah. After building her name out in London, she transitioned to Los Angeles to keep the heat bubbling—and rightfully so. Upon stepping into a room, she immediately gains an audiophiles attention. And with her dazzling charisma and superstar singing chops, it is only right that we have the distinction of introducing a new song from her in the form of “Real One”.

“When I wrote ‘Real One,’ I wanted to tell someone that I was well aware of the guard they had up, but I wasn’t here to violate them in their vulnerable state… ‘cause a real one would never do that!” Tali told @Okayplayer exclusively. “You know it feels like that ‘90s R&B love! The kind of track [that] you would call up the radio station and dedicate to your boo to let them know what’s good [laughs].
