Inglewood’s own SiR offers up a great reason to keep November on repeat with a video for one of the album’s most impressive songs, “D’Evils.”

With the TDE “Championship” tour soon to jump off, SiR is making sure you don’t gloss over his name when the gang gang comes to your town. November, his first full-length album under the banner label dropped earlier this year, and since then audiophiles have appreciated his brand of gorgeous production and smoother-than-silk vocals. Now, as time inches closer to the Inglewood original having to go back out on the road, he connects with “God’s Plan” director, Karena Evans for an impressive visual for the track “D’Evils.”

The video, which you can see for yourself below, finds SiR on holiday vacay, chilling, offering up some irie vibes from the land of Jamaica. Since the weather has been wonky here in New York City, “D’Evils” is exactly that as it makes it look like everywhere else isn’t affected by the climate crisis we’re facing. “TDE is the first group of artists to really shift things where people have to look at Cali [artists] different,” SiR told Billboard at the time. “I’m a huge Ab-Soul fan—been a big Ab-Soul fan since Control System. I’ve been listening to those cats for a long time. If I were ever to pull influence from anything, I would definitely pull from those cats.”

The influence is appreciated as SiR will join his labelmates on tour with the Championship Tour, performing alongside Black Hippy’s own Jay Rock, ScHoolboy Q, Kendrick Lamar, Ab-Soul, plus fellow “newcomers” to the stable—Lance Skiiiwalker and SZA. The tour already had its first night in Vancouver at Rogers Arena, and will run until June 16 with a final show in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
