Quavo & Childish Gambino Have Begun Working On ‘Nawf Atlanta’ Project
The two superstar rap MC, Quavo of Migos and Childish Gambino, were photographed in the studio the other day, leading to speculation of a new album.
It’s no secret that Childish Gambino has a deep respect for the rap trio, Migos. He’s gone on record before as calling them the “Beatles of this generation,” during his Golden Globes speech, which prompted “Bad ‘N Boujee” to jump up into worldwide phenomenon status.
Fast forward to 19 hours ago where Quavo and Childish Gambino were photographed putting in work for a new project, tentatively titled Huncho x Glover: Nawf Atlanta. Migos already confirmed that a collaboration would be taking place, which they discussed when Takeoff, Offset and Quavo appeared on Gambino’s hit show, Atlanta.
“When we did the episode I went ahead and told him, ‘We gotta get in the studio after this,’” Quavo said. “‘We gon’ start something. We gon’ keep building an empire with this. We might as well get in the studio.’ He was also with it.”
With this recent photo out in the world, it looks like the collaboration that we’ve all been waiting for could be on its way.
