"They ask me specifically because everybody knows my views in regards to politics, especially for this last year: the Hillary campaign, Obama, justice reform, everything, right?" Pusha said in regards to West's recent political remarks. "…It's just one of many things we disagree on. We disagree all the time."

"It's just a stance that I have. I'm totally against it," the rapper continued. "To me, the prison reform thing is so dear and near to me, right? It's something I know we can't even tackle with Trump. So, there's nothing I even want to hear in regards to [Trump] — a point of view, anything. I'm cool. We're at a loss already."

Even though Pusha doesn't agree with West's political stance he still supports the G.O.O.D. Music label founder. Elsewhere in the interview, he talks about West's forthcoming new album, which drops on June 1.

"He's definitely gonna show everybody that he's always gonna be on a next level of music," Pusha said. "He's speaking on a lot on this album."

The rapper also spoke on Nas and Teyana Taylor's respective albums, and said that the former's project sounds "like 2028 Nas." Along with that, Pusha said that there have been talks about a collaborative tour featuring him, West, Nas, Kid Cudi, and Teyana Taylor.

On Wednesday, Pusha released the tracklist for Daytona. The project is seven songs long and features only two guest appearances: one from Rick Ross and the other from West. The album drops on May 25. Pusha's album is the first in a series of albums being produced by West and released over the next several weeks.
