Jill Scott, Kaytranada, Too Short & Yasiin Bey To Headline Atlanta’s ONE Musicfest
The premier urban progressive music and arts festival, ONE Musicfest, is being billed as the last live performance for the artist formerly known as Mos Def.
Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 at Lakewood Amphitheatre in Atlanta, Georgia, the eighth annual ONE Musicfest will jump off with an amazing lineup. A-list talent such as Jill Scott, Kaytranada, Sean Paul, Jidenna, Tank and the Bangas, and more are revealed on the bill.
It what is also being listed as his farewell performance, Yasiin Bey, formerly known as Mos Def will be saying goodbye to the game (or will he? link) at the progressive music and arts festival. After last year’s powerhouse performance, ONE Musicfest has become a “can’t miss festival” by major music publications such as Billboard, Rolling Stone and MTV.
With almost a decade of incredible music, moments and mania — ONE Musicfest presents its most diverse lineup yet. If you’re in town for the event and happen to want to get into some situations before the festival, Friday, Sept. 8, will feature performances by Thundercat, J.I.D. and Noname at Tabernacle Atlanta.
