The LA singer's covers campaign continues
En route to his freshly-announced project, War & Leisure, Miguel is cluing fans into what they can expect on his upcoming fourth studio album.

The singer's released a pair of singles in the last few months -- the poppy, trap-laden "Sky Walker" with Travis Scott and his menacing psyched-out single "Shockandawe" -- while also treating fans to short, stripped-down covers of buzzing cuts like SZA's "The Weekend" and Pussy Riot's "Make America Great Again" via Instagram (both of which have now been scrubbed from his page.) And while there's no precise date to look forward to, Miguel dropped by BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge to offer a cross-pond transmission of an in-the-flesh take of his newest single, along with yet another cover. This time around, he recalibrates Jorja Smith's "On My Mind," accompanied by a key player, guitarist and a drummer manning the SPD.
