Blue Ivy Shocks The World In “Blue’s Freestyle” Music Video
The animated visual captures the energy and creative force of Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s eldest daughter, Blue Ivy.
Jay-Z continues to share visuals related to or inspired by 4:44, as TIDAL just let loose the animated clip for “Blue’s Freestyle”. Let go at, of course, 4:44 p.m., the Carter Family finds themselves again in an aged future, but this time with eldest daughter, Blue Ivy, leading the charge.
As you can see below, Blue is performing at a talent show / recital type event with her parents lovingly watching in the crowd. Dubbed a “ballet,” Blue comes out in a full tutu and ballet shoes, striking a pose, looking ready to dazzle the crowd with her superstar-gene-inherited moves. Right when the beat drops, instead of flowing with the rhythm, Blue grabs a mic and begins spitting rhymes.
Her parents look shocked at the notion of her daughter rapping with the ferociousness of her father post-1997. Meanwhile, the crowd is eating it up, as they did in real life and all seems right with the world. Boomshakalaka, Blue Ivy is the real chief rocka in this must-see video that’s as cute as a button and three types of fly.
The video is live now on Tidal, plus you can watch a snippet of “Blue’s Freestyle” below:
