Ja?! *Dave Chappelle voice*

After Eminem mentioned Ja Rule’s name in his recent diss of Kamikaze, the rapper went on to compare his legacy to LeBron’s. But fans weren’t having it.

Eminem name-dropped Ja on “Greatest” and “Killshot,” rapping “You ain’t never made a list next to no Biggie, no Jay/Next to Taylor Swift and that Iggy hoe, you about to really blow/Kelly, they’ll be putting your name/Next to Ja, next to Benzino—die, motherfucker!/ Like the last motherfucker sayin’ Hailie in vain.”

The more Em Mentions my name the more I realize how fucking LEGENDARY I am… I was killing the game so hard that all the biggest rappers in the industry (at the time) joined forces to dethrone the God.

Ja posted statement to Instagram writing, “in the history of hip hop name another time that has happened let alone accepted… and I handled it like a MAN on the MIC and in them STREETS lol… my music is TIMELESS… love and peace to everybody!!! #Iconn #LebronJamesofthisrapshit #itshardtobeatgoldenstate.”

He also went on to argue that his last album PIL 2 is better than Eminem’s Kamikaze.
