The Uptown duo returns with yet another free mixtape
Camp Lo is steadily building towards the release of their sixth studio album,The Get Down Brothers. But before they get there, the Bronx duo is treating fans to a trio of free-ninety-nine releases.
Late last month, they shared part one of theirA Piece of The Action mixtape series, featuring contributions from Mac Miller, Talib Kweli, Ski Beatz and more. And today, a sequel arrives with some mainstay hip-hop heavyweights filling out the roster, including Pete Rock, De La Soul, Rick Rossand a rare appearance from a reactivated Will Smith. It's available to download via BitTorrent below.
Again, this is far from Camp Lo's final transmission of the year, as a third installment and the full-length are scheduled for release onOctober 6th and 13th, respectively, along with a special 20th-anniversary edition of their debut albumUptown Saturday Night with outtakes, arriving on October 27th.
