2 Chainz Reveals Q-Tip is Working on The 'Pretty Girls Like Trap Music' Follow-Up

2 Chainz occupies rare space in rap, in that he remains in the good graces of just about everyone he's ever worked with. And at this point, that list is pretty damn extensive.
Atlanta's G.O.O.D. Music rep recently released his fourth project under his latest (most successful) moniker, but already appears to have his sights set on the follow-through. In a recent interview with Hot 97, the rapper revealed that he's attempting to create a "well-thought out" mixtape that he likens to "a trappin' ass Midnight Marauders." And apparently, fellow G.O.O.D. Music artist and pioneer Q-Tip will be on the very logical assist. Chainz explained while they have respective approaches to crafting records ("listen, load up a beat!") the chemistry is formidable and the Queens legend was left impressed. While no precise date was mentioned, it does seem to be coming along, and with 2 Chainz's turn-around rate reaching a project-per-year in the last few, it might not be too long until we get our ear on it.
