Virgil Abloh Will Help Design the Costumes for the NYC Ballet's Fall Gala
Virgil Abloh is going to be a very busy man this fall.
Abloh, Kanye West's Creative Director and the co-founder of Off-White, has been hand picked to be one of the designers to design costumes at New York City Ballet's fall gala.

Abloh was chosen alongside Monse's Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, and Jonathan Saunders and Tsumori Chisato to design the costumes.

Each of the designers will be paired up with a dancer to create a custom look. Abloh will be working with choreographer Gianna Reisen; Kim and Garcia with principal Lauren Lovette; Chisato with choreographer Justin Peck; and Saunders with soloist Troy Schumacher.
This is very exclusive company to be in. Previous designers who've participated have included Valentino, Olivier Theyskens, and Thom Browne.
