Starring Josh Duhamel, Bokeem Woodbine and Jimmi Simpson, this USA Network upcoming true crime drama focuses on the murders of Biggie & ‘Pac.

The USA Network has finally let loose the first trailer for Unsolved, a true crime drama focusing on the murders of Tupac Shakur and The Notorious B.I.G.. Marcc Rose, who played Shakur in Straight Outta Compton, reprises the role of the rapper in Unsolved, while Wavyy Jonez plays B.I.G.

Shot in the style of The People vs. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, Unsolved finds LAPD detective Russell Poole (Westworld’s Jimmi Simpson) investigating the cause behind two of hip-hop’s most legendary rapper’s murders. Joining Poole in trying to get to the bottom of the crime are Bookeem Woodbine and Josh Duhamel, playing fellow investigators.

“There is a very real possibility that the murder of Biggie Smalls is directly related to the murder of Tupac,” Poole says in the trailer.

Unsolved is the latest in a series of TV specials, documentaries and films centered on Tupac Shakur and the Notorious B.I.G. around the 20th anniversary of their still-unsolved deaths. FOX aired Who Shot Biggie and Tupac?, which followed the A&E documentaries Biggie: The Life of Notorious B.I.G. and Who Killed Tupac?.
