UPDATE: Lil Wayne Will Not Perform at the 10th Annual Roots Picnic
Update:Lil Wayne was supposed to perform at the Roots Picnic this afternoon. However, due to medical reasons,the rapper can't travel, and he dropped out of the festival.
The official Roots Picnic put out a statement on Twitter:

Tomorrow we're headed to Penn's Landing for the 10th annual Roots Picnic in Philly and just basically be our best selves in a very lovable eastern metropolis.And we've got equally lovable sounds joining us for the festivities (shit,theyarethe festivities.)
