If you see the truck above at Afropunk this weekend, don’t hesitate to cop the A Tribe Called Quest legendary poster from 1999 fast.

This weekend, Brooklyn, New York City will be turned upside-down, as the annual Afropunk Festival hits Commodore Barry Park. With performances from the music scene’s best and brightest hitting Kings County, there is plenty of mischief to get into from the rebel-rousing booths and the tasty food trucks in the street.

One specific place you would need to be during the two-day music extravaganza is the Certified / Thread Shop / RCA truck, which will be selling a limited edition numbered poster of A Tribe Called Quest. No price point has been announced, but we’re sure it will be within your budget. There is also only one, yes, I repeat, one framed poster, and we’re sure that it will be the quickest to go, so act like the Flash and get there early.

Activated by the good folks at This Is Dope, an agency that specializes in mobile marketing activations, the collaborative effort by Certified, Thread Shop and RCA will offer the unique, on-site experience throughout the Afropunk Festival from Aug. 26 to Aug. 27. Located in the “Bites & Beats” section of the festival, other top R&B and Afropunk-friendly vinyl titles will be available, while Thread Shop will have limited quantities of merchandise from the legendary Queensbridge griot, Nas. A concierge service will be provided for consumers to pick up their purchases as they leave the festival.

Also, audiophiles who hit the truck at the right time may run into celebrated Brooklyn artist Leikeli47 who will be popping up at the pop-up truck to propagate herself for meet and greets. Add to the mix that Adrian Younge, best known outside of his own work as the duo with Tribe’s Ali Shaheed Muhammad who produced the music for Luke Cage, has been brought in as the official music curator for the pop-up truck and this Certified experience just became more substantial. Younge will perform two, 40-minute analog DJ sets from the truck on Saturday, Aug. 26 via silent headsets distributed from the truck.

For those ready for a night filled with good vibes, great music and beautiful people, hitting up the Certified / Thread Shop / RCA truck to cop this bit of nostalgic hip-hop history should be on your bucket list.
