(Ubiquity : 2005)
Posted by T.M. Wolf on 09/15/2005

Over the course of his stellar Ubiquity Records debut, The Find, Ohmega Watts searches for many things: the right person, the perfect sample, the way home. Well ladies and gentlemen, it looks like Blue Note Records is releasing another compilation album. The People’s Champ
(Atlantic : 2005)
Posted by Adrian Ruhi on 09/13/2005

Something interesting happened this summer. Houston rap hit the mainstream hard. REAL hard. “Still Tipping” and its low budget video immediately pushed Mike Jones, Slim Thug, and Paul Wall into the hip-hop spotlight, whether they were ready for it or not.

Reloaded
(Duck Down Records : 2005)
Posted by T.M. Wolf on 09/13/2005

The partners in crime Tek and Steele are back on the grind. With their shiny new LP Reloaded strapped down on the side, it's time for another "Sound Bwoy Bureill". Duck down… "Cocoaz Brovaz are dead, murdered by Smif-N-Wessun."
