So it looks live Common's Invincible Summer, won't be dropping this summer after all. Last month we told y'all about Common's new album with a summer time vibe to it that was scheduled to drop in July. According to Thatshiphop the album is now scheduled to tentatively drop September 23rd.

“You can expect some fresh music that you’ve never heard from Common before…definitely a new sound. The inspiration came from me being out at them clubs. I said I want people to feel my music in that way… Not only do they know Common as this conscious artist who brings thoughtful lyrics, but we can dance to some of his music, too, and just smile and let go of our problems.”

Umm don't know if Com's now reffering to himself in the third person, but it confuses Shamz. Either way we (okp, not my multiple personalities) are sure Common will not dissapoint whenever the album does come out.
