NYC: Tomorrow, Wednesday 10/29 at The Knitting Factory, OKP will once again help bring another freebie to the people. A few weeks ago we announced to fans the opportunity to see a free Q-Tip show by sending in your rsvp via text message. This time we have Busta Rhymes as the main attraction and Pac Div opening up along witha live DJ set from Mick Boogie. The first 300 fans to text "BUSTA" or "PACDIV" to 66937 will get into the show for free. Get there early because space will be limited.
Miss Info posted a nice video summarizing last night's FREE Q-Tip concert in NYC presented by Okayplayer. It begins with an acapella from Tip followed by his verse from Busta Rhymes & A Tribe Called Quest's "Wild Hot," then "Find My Way" (shamz and I agree, one of the top 5 Dilla beats of all time), followed by his single "Gettin' Up," "Vivrant Thing," and then "Scenario".... when BUSTA BUS comes out for his verse and blows the lid off the Knitting Factory. Busta then did "Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See" (partially in the video) followed by his latest song"Arab Money" (after the jump) which comes complete with some pretty funny crowd participation.
Here's the official video for the Gym Class Heroes song we premiered last week, "Peace Sign/Index Down" featuring Busta Rhymes and produced by Cool and Dre. The song is off of the upcoming Gym Class album, The Quilt, dropping September 9th. Follow me after the jump for the album artwork (the cover is kinda tripped out) and uncomfirmed tracklist.
Here is a track from the upcoming Gym Class Heroes album The Quilt (September 9th). It's called "Peace Sign" and features Busta Rhymes, produced by Cool & Dre.
Ever since the radio rip of Nas' "Fried Chicken" (featuring Busta Rhymes and produced by Mark Ronson) hit the web two weeks ago, it has stayed at the top of our list of songs we've heard so far off Nas' Untitled album. The clean version sans-DJ was serviced a few hours ago by Best Of Both Offices. Meanwhile we were waiting for the diry version before posting. Well wait no more. I am still mad at Busta for ruining "La La" but this might make up for it. Untitled is in stores July 15th on Def Jam.

Estelle has a new version of her song "American Boy" out. The original version had Mr. West on it, while in this one she is accompanied by Busta Rhymes.
