One of the greatest stand-up comedians of all time, Dave Chappelle’s impact not only on comedy but also hip hop and television has established himself as a pop culture phenomenon recognized throughout the world. With his biggest claim to fame being the early-2000s sketch comedy TV series Chappelle’s Show on Comedy Central, he has also made a name in Hollywood with films like Half Baked, The Nutty Professor, and Undercover Brother. As a comedian, he is one of the best, with Comedy Central ranking him as number one in “The 100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time”.
After his departure from Chappelle’s Show in 2005, Dave spent many years doing infrequent stand-up shows and TV appearances.
